UNITED STATES RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATION

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us!

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

*Items returned in non-saleable condition such as -
*Unsealed
* Swatched/Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
* Relabelled
* Refiled
* Pierced
* Partially missing items/threshold based 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.

Outside USA Return Policy:

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We apologize, but due to the high quality, yet low-cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns (except as noted below) or exchanges.

Please note: your right of cancellation will not apply to products which are unsealed and which will not be suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.
